All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products purchased from our store.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@geektoysstore.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
To be eligible for a refund, the issue must be reported within 30 days after receiving your order, along with proof of purchase and clear evidence of the defect or damage.
Items sent back to us without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds are only issued for products that are confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. We do not provide refunds for products that are functioning properly or for change-of-mind purchases.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders made by the customer
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items damaged through misuse or improper handling after delivery
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may still have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. However, refunds will only be considered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items in accordance with this policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the evidence submitted regarding a defective or damaged item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
